The warranty period is set at 24 months, providing extensive coverage for your product.
The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered to the customer.
Our warranty coverage extends solely to defects related to the quality of the product. It does not cover damages attributable to human error or external forces. Please note that replacement products will continue under the original item's warranty period. Should a full refund be issued, the warranty on the product becomes null and void. This warranty is applicable only to orders placed through our official website and is not valid for items purchased via other RamTouch sales channels or platforms.
To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an order number or a sales invoice. We require visible evidence of the product defect, which may include photographs or videos. The defective item may need to be returned for a detailed inspection. The return address will be provided by our after-sales customer service upon request.
If a product is deemed faulty and eligible for return, sending an incorrect item or failing to return the defective product will result in the forfeiture of the warranty.
Customers are entitled to a full refund for any product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, without the need for justification. To initiate a return, please contact "After-sales@ramtouchshop.com" and await instructions for delivery to our warehouse. Refunds are typically processed within one week. Return requests unrelated to product quality issues that are made after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted.
All returned items must include all original accessories, such as hooks and instructions, and must be in their original packaging. Any returns that do not comply with the above criteria may be denied.
For returns not related to quality issues, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. In instances of quality-related warranty claims, RamTouch will cover the product cost and associated return shipping expenses if the fault lies with the seller. If shipping insurance was selected at the time of purchase, RamTouch will bear the return shipping costs within the 30-day period.
When requesting a refund due to product issues, ensure all original packaging, accessories, and instructions are unaltered and included. The seller reserves the right to refuse a full refund if the product cannot be returned, or if it is damaged or lost during the return process.
Our products are dispatched from our warehouses located in either the European Union (EU) or China (CN), contingent upon the destination country and the stock availability of the item.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to the following countries: Belgium, France, Poland, the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania, Lithuania, and Malta.
Currently, our logistics system does not extend to other EU countries.
