RamTouch's 30-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund Policy

  RamTouch offers a comprehensive refund policy, ensuring a full reimbursement for any undamaged items returned within 30 days of the initial purchase. This policy is applicable to individual orders, with the exception of corporate or bulk purchases, defined as orders exceeding 10 units of a single product, which are not eligible for refund.

  To initiate the refund process, the item must be returned to RamTouch's warehouse for evaluation. Following a successful inspection, the refund proceedings will commence.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • All returned merchandise must be accompanied by its original accessories.
  • The item must be contained within its initial packaging.
  • Shipping expenses for returns not related to quality issues are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • For returns stemming from non-quality related issues, RamTouch will refund only the purchase price of the product.
  • Return requests may be denied if the returned product fails to meet the aforementioned criteria.

  We advise our customers to review the return conditions thoroughly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free refund process.

 

30-Day Refund Policy Expiration Notice

  Please be advised that refund requests under the 30-day money-back guarantee must be submitted within 30 days following the activation of a warranty claim. Refund appeals for non-quality related issues will not be entertained beyond this stipulated timeframe. For items with quality-related concerns, refer to the guidelines provided below.

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact RamTouch Customer Service to commence the return process. Clearly state your reason for the return and furnish proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation screenshot, to verify the order number.
  2. Within 24 business hours, RamTouch support will provide you with the designated return address.
  3. To expedite the refund, promptly notify RamTouch of the item dispatch, including the following details:
  • Courier name
  • Shipment tracking number

Refund Processing Timeline:

  Upon receipt of the returned item at our warehouse, the refund will be processed. The amount will be credited via the original payment method used during the purchase. This process is typically completed within 3-5 business days.

 

RamTouch Quality-Related Warranty Coverage


RamTouch provides a robust warranty for defects related to quality for items purchased directly from RamTouch or its authorized resellers, commencing from the purchase date (refer to the top of the page for your product's specific warranty duration).

Please note that RamTouch's limited warranty applies exclusively to the country of purchase and is invalidated if items are taken outside the original country of purchase or if shipped directly from an authorized online purchase to another country.

Under this warranty for quality-related claims, RamTouch will replace defective items with a refurbished model of equivalent value when available, or with a new item otherwise. Should a replacement not be feasible or desired, RamTouch will issue a partial refund based on the product's usage duration.

Replacement warranties extend for the same period as the original item's warranty or for three months after replacement, whichever period is longer. Full refunds render product warranties null and void.

Warranty Claim Procedure:


- Proof of purchase must be provided by the buyer.
- Troubleshooting documentation by RamTouch is required.
- The item's serial number and/or photographic evidence of the defect are necessary.
- Quality inspection may require item returns.
- Warranty on replacement items is invalidated if the incorrect product is returned to RamTouch, or if the original defective item is not returned.


Acceptable Proof of Purchase:


- Online order number from RamTouch or authorized resellers.
- Sales invoice.
- Dated sales receipt from an authorized seller detailing the product and its price.

Multiple proofs of purchase may be necessary for warranty claim processing (e.g., receipt and shipping address confirmation).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after a warranty claim is initiated. Warranty claims are not viable for items beyond their original warranty period or the 90-day claim request period, whichever is longer.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in cases such as:
- Returning non-defective products.
- Claims on items outside the country of purchase.
- Accidental returns by the buyer.
- Personal item returns.
- Items claimed as defective but confirmed functional by RamTouch quality control.
- International shipping returns of defective items.
- Unauthorized return costs (outside of the approved warranty process).

Exclusions from Warranty:
- Items lacking sufficient proof of purchase.
- Lost or stolen items.
- Products past their warranty term.
- Non-quality-related issues (beyond 30 days from purchase).
- Complimentary products.
- Third-party repairs.
- External damage sources.
- Misuse damage (including, but not limited to, damage from accidents, extreme temperatures, water, or incorrect operation).
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers.

RamTouch Liability Exclusions:

  • RamTouch is not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of utilizing RamTouch products.
  • Personal items sent to RamTouch along with returned products will not be the responsibility of RamTouch.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • RamTouch will assume liability for any loss or damage that occurs during transit when items are returned using a prepaid shipping label provided by RamTouch.
  • For returns not related to product quality, the buyer is accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment. RamTouch will not issue refunds for products that are damaged in transit under non-quality related warranty returns.
